• Colden
• Collins
• Concord (Springville)
• Eden
• Elma
• Evans (Angola)
• Gowanda
• Holland
• Marilla
• Newstead
• North Collins (town or village)
• Orchard Park
• Sardinia
• Wales

2. You must be ONE of the following:

• Senior Citizen over the age of 62,
• or Disabled,
• or Low/Moderate Income According to HUD Guidelines
